One of the biggest differences between the mankind and the other living beings is the complexity of our thoughts and feelings, our ability to understand, our creativity. It is just for this reason that many people feel the need to express themselves, to communicate their ideas, to create new things.
Making a company is also an expression of ourselves. The way we manage it and we interact with our suppliers and clients shows what kind of people we are. No matter we create a big multinational or a small local company, our character and way of doing will always be the main key of our success or our failure.
When I founded 6-Infinity Co.,Ltd. in Chiba, Japan, my purpose was not to create a huge company or to become rich and famous. My idea started instead from the fact that everyday we spend most of our time working. Then I thought that I didn't want to work only for money. My job had to be something that I could enjoy and like. It had to be a way to show my ideas and to create something new without the pressure of too many ranks and rules.
I have also always believed that an important thing to understand when doing a business or any other activity is that we don't work alone. Our job is a continuous interacting with other people : job mates, suppliers, customers. We need to be flexible, open to listen, able to create a cooperation with them. It is not following our mood, high pride and stubbornness that we can be successful.
I thought that it was possible to do our job in a different way and I applied it to my company.
In 6-Infinity we try to create a good job environment, that allows our staff and our partners to be satisfied to be with us. We cooperate with our suppliers and customers listening to their needs, giving suggestions on the way to proceed, and bringing new ideas. All this doing our job with precision and also flexibility.
I also add that, differently from other companies having offices in more than one country, we don't stick in global concepts. We adapt ourselves to the markets, trying to understand how the things go instead of imposing our policy.
